Lane Thomas Returns to the Lineup Saturday

Lane Thomas is back in the starting lineup for the Guardians.

Thomas returns after receiving the second game of a doubleheader off for rest reasons Friday. He will be patrolling center field and batting second against the Twins Saturday.

Thomas was held out of Washington's last three games as a result of back soreness, but he seems to be feeling better now.

In his first game back, Thomas went 1-for-4 with a home run, three RBIs, and one stolen base.

The Nationals are hoping that Thomas can continue to produce at a high level and help them make a playoff push.
