Giny Boer Resigns as CEO of CA Europe

The CA BV Supervisory Board announced today that Giny Boer is stepping down as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of CA Europe.
Ms. Boer joined CA Europe two years ago after a successful career with Ikea. During her tenure, she has successfully led the company through a period of significant change.
Giny Boer is stepping down from her role as CEO of CA Europe in order to focus on future non-executive tasks for the company's Supervisory Board.
The Supervisory Board expressed its gratitude to Ms. Boer for her contributions to CA Europe and wished her well in her future endeavors.
